Validity

• This membership never expires.

• Benefits remain active for the lifetime of the company or until transferred.

Transfer Policy

• Membership may be transferred to another individual under the following terms:

  • First transfer: Free of charge ( In order to gift to someone else )

  • All subsequent transfers: Subject to a $50 service fee per transfer

• Transfers must be processed through Paradise Adventures’ official system to ensure validity.

• Once a transfer is completed, all rights and benefits move to the new cardholder.

General Terms & Conditions

• Membership benefits are non-refundable and hold no cash value.

• Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or offers unless explicitly stated.

• Paradise Adventures reserves the right to verify eligibility for all discounted purchases.

• Misuse or abuse of membership privileges may result in suspension or termination.

• Terms and conditions are subject to reasonable updates to maintain program integrity; however, the lifetime validity and core 50% discount benefit will be honored.

• Good for only one membership tier at a time.

• All other add-on tier memberships will be discounted to 20% off and do not hold the same benefits as the Legacy card.

• A legacy card holder can jump lines and bring up to 6 friends or family members along, however the Legacy card holder has to be present and participating in the attraction to be valid!

• Your married significant other can present the card for use as long as they have the same last name and address on their state issued ID or drivers license. Use of card outside of this term will forfeit your membership rights!

By holding or using the Paradise Adventures Legacy Membership Card, the member agrees to abide by all terms and conditions outlined above.
